Jen-Ter Wire & Element Inc. processes various types of
wire---from PVC, polypropylene, silicone and Teflon to mica
insulated---we can meet your most demanding applications. Jen-Ter Wire & Element Inc. processes a full range of lead
wire sizes, from 28 gauge hook-up wire to 2/0 battery cables.
Any length 2.5" and up can be produced.
Complete Wiring Harnesses
These harnesses can be manufactured with a variety of single conductor leads or multi-conductor products, including SJO and SJT cordage. Jen-Ter Wire & Element Inc. can provide complete fabrication, assembly and testing of each harness so it is ready for efficient production-line installation. In addition to processing single-conductor products, we design and fabricate complete wiring harnesses.

Wire Terminals
Virtually any type of terminal can be incorporated in your wiring design. We are tooled to apply terminals from major manufacturers including: Tyco (AMP ®), Ark-Les ®, ETCO ®, Molex ®, Packard ®, T&B ®, 3M ®, and others. Our machine shop can also design and build custom tooling for your special terminal applications.
